Terms and conditions for members of 123CloudBuddy (123CB)

These terms of service govern your access and use of all 123CB services so please read them carefully before using the services.

By using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

General terms

You need to be 18 years of age in order to become a member of 123CloudBuddy.
You accept that you will receive a 7 day trial for 123CloudBuddy for the price of 0.50 £.  Furthermore you accept that the membership has automatic renewal. The membership will cost no more than 0.50 £ for the first 7 days which is considered a trial period. If you do not wish to continue the subscription after the trial period, all you have to do is cancel your membership before the next billing date. After the expiration of the trial period, membership will cost 0.97 £ per day, which will be charged each month (30 days for 29.00 £) until you cancel the membership.

Quarterly billing at a reduced price is optional. Please contact customer service.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization then you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and are warranting that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms. You may use the Services only if you have the power to form a contract with 123CB and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. The Services may continue to change over time as we refine and add more features. We may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.

The following applies to your continual subscription payment:

Card number, expiration date and ctrl no. is used at the initial payment, and all data are encrypted when transmitted for security reasons. These data are stored in a secure manner by our PCI certified payment gateway. For security reasons they cannot be shown again, either on the site or in e-mails. This is a security measure that prevents misuse of the information. 123CB will never ask you to send this information via e-mail, postal letter or over the phone.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you register with 123CB we´ll instantly send you an e-mail order confirmation containing all details regarding your membership registration. We advise you to print this confirmation so you´ll always have your membership details at hand. In case of support queries we´ll ask you to provide your membership number so we can easily identify your account. You´ll also be able to print your Order Confirmation directly from the confirmation page when signing up.

Welcome gifts – How to claim your gift

When signing up for a trial membership you´ll often be offered a welcome gift for trying out our service. As we strive to secure correct and timely delivery of these items, we reserve the right to validate the registration before we send the items. Registrants will together with their order conformation receive a confirmation mail, where they can confirm their details in order for 123CB to ensure the delivery.  If you do not claim your welcome gift within 14 days the gift will be forfeit. Furthermore 123CB reserves the right to withhold welcome gifts if we discover any type of fraudulent activity in connection with the sign up. This includes faulty IP´s, mail addresses etc. 123CB does not allow multiple registrations by the same person, and additional accounts will be closed when discovered. This also applies in the case that multiple accounts have been opened in order to receive several welcome gifts.


Members will recieve our newsletter via their registered e-mail. It is not possible to decline receiving the newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the 123CB newsletter, you will have to cancel the membership.
Continual subscription payment:

WNLI will never ask you to send this information via e-mail, postal letter or over the phone.
Procedure for renewal of credit card information:
Should it be necessary to change your credit card details, it is always possible to update this by contacting us by phone +45 27152912 or e-mail support@uk.123cloudbuddy.com.


123cloudbuddy.com cannot be made responsible for lack of received order confirmation, welcome mail or similar. It is solely up to the customer to check if said documents have ended up in the spam filter, and if their mail provider can receive them. We emphasize that customers with accounts such as: Hotmail, Live and MSN can have some difficulty receiving e-mails from 123CB. As a consequence we advise our users to use other mail providers than the before mentioned, or make sure that the spam filter allows mails from 123cloudbuddy.com.

Termination of membership

Due to the registration process in our systems it is not possible to unsubscribe via the user profile before the registration has been validated in our system. If you do not wish to continue your membership after the trial period, you can always unsubscribe by sending us a letter with your membershipID or call us within the hours specified. As soon as your account has been validated you can also cancel via the “unsubscribe” link on your user profile. Simply log in to your account and request the cancellation. Termination of membership has to be done before the next payment has been issued. You can stop using our Services any time. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt the use of the Services for other customers. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance and help you retrieve data, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend immediately. If we terminate your service for breach of these terms no refund of any fees paid to WNLI relating to your service will be offered. If we terminate your service for any other reason than breach of these terms, or at our sole discretion, then we may refund unused portion of fees paid for the Services.


To your membership purchase, which is defined as a subscription purchase, there is the legal 14 day withdrawal.  Because you have made a subscription purchase, a withdrawal can only be made directly after conclusion of the agreement, and not in connection with the recurring subscription payments.


Billing of the membership is executed one month in advance. You will therefore be charged 29.00 £ per month, starting on the first day after your 7 day trial period. You can always terminate the subscription. Have you prepaid for one month and then choose to unsubscribe, the subscription will proceed to be active until the next billing date. When signing up you accept that WNLI and its affiliates may contact you by e-mail or postal letter. The data stored with 123CB will be quarantined after the membership has been cancelled and stored in the system for an additional 6 months. If you wish to access the data you must pay the full membership costs for the period in order for the account to be reopened.

Protection of personal data

At 123CloudBuddy we respect user needs to protect their personal information. Whether you buy a membership or just browse through the site, we want the users to feel secure with our policy for protecting their personal information. When 123cloudbuddy receive such information, we will treat them according to the following policy. We advise you to read this policy regarding protection of personal data.
By using our Services you provide us with information, files, and folders that you submit to 123CB. You retain full ownership to your files. We don’t claim any ownership of any of it. These Terms do not grant us any rights to your files or intellectual property except for the limited rights that are needed to run the Services, as explained below.
We may need your permission to do things you ask us to do with your files, for example, hosting your files. This includes product features visible to you, for example, image thumbnails or document previews. It also includes design choices we make to technically administer our Services, for example, how we redundantly backup data to keep it safe. You give us the permissions we need to do those things solely to provide the Services. This permission also extends to trusted third parties we work with to provide the Services.
To be clear, no matter how the Services change, we won’t share your content with others, including law enforcement, for any purpose unless you direct us to. You are solely responsible for your conduct, the content of your files and folders, and your communications with others while using the Services. For example, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you have the rights or permission needed to comply with these Terms.
We may choose to review public content for compliance, but you acknowledge that 123CB has no obligation to monitor any information on the Services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of files, user posts, or any other information you may be able to access using the Services.

Consent and update of the policy

When using the homepage, users give consent that their personal data can be used as stated in the following policy. 123CloudBuddy reserves the right to update and change the policy regarding protection of personal data. All updates and changes are binding for all users of the homepage, and they will be announced here.


You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify 123CB of any unauthorized use of your account.

General Responsibilities

Files and other content in the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights of others. Please do not copy, upload, download, or share files unless you have the right to do so. You, not 123CB, will be fully responsible and liable for what you copy, share, upload, download or otherwise use while using the Services. You must not upload spyware or any other malicious software to the Service.
You, and not 123CB, are responsible for maintaining and protecting all of your files. 123CB will not be liable for any loss or corruption of your files, or for any costs or expenses associated with backing up or restoring any of your files.
If your contact information, or other information related to your account, changes, you must notify us promptly and keep your information current.
Use of personal data
123cloudbuddy.com only gathers and registers personal data, such as name, title, place of work, address, e-mail, phone etc., when a guest signs in to become a member. We do not require this information in order to provide access to parts of the web site that are widely accessible to the general public.

Third party

The membership is provided by 123CloudBuddy, and as a member you automatically accept receiving promotion material from our competition sponsors via e-mail, text messages and postal mail.
We need the help of our members to ensure that the information given is correct and updated. If members change name, address, employer, phone, or e-mail, they should immediately notify us hereof, in order for us to be able to implement the changes in their user profile.

Limited Liability

The Services and Software is provided at your own risk, without express or implied warranty. We also disclaim any warranties of delivery, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 123CB will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services or Software.
